The Saskatoon Valkyries beat the Regina Riot 30-0 on Saturday at Mosaic Stadium in their final game of the Western Women's Canadian Football League regular season.
With the win, Saskatoon improved its record to 4-0 and finished first in the Prairie Conference.
Saskatoon is to play the Manitoba Fearless on Sunday in Prairie Conference semifinal action.
The Riot dropped to 2-2 with the loss - good for second in the Prairie Conference - and return to action against the Winnipeg Nomads Wolfpack in Prairie Conference semifinal action Sunday in Regina. Both of the Riot's losses this season came against the Valkyries, who are three-time defending league champions.
